According to MRF Julean Martin in his Archivo Historico Hispano, the Leon Roman Catholic Church is the biggest stone edifice in the whole Panay. The Renaissance-Romanesque style church stands proudly in the heart of the town, fronting the plaza. Read more
Parish of St. Jerome (Dueñas, Iloilo)

The parish was formerly called Laglag. Basically, the church has the same structure as the Lambunao and Calinog churches if not for the dome which has a Romanesque influence. On the other hand, the massiveness of the façade and the bell towers suggests a Baroque influence. Read more
